Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an InstaBrief account you agree to these Terms. If you're using InstaBrief on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service

InstaBrief provides an applicant tracking and hiring workflow platform ("Service"). We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material removals.

3. Billing

Paid features are billed monthly at $49 per open position. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Removing a card keeps service running through the end of the current billing period, then pauses your workspace until a new card is added. Failed charges enter a 3-day grace period.

4. Your data

You own the candidate and hiring data you enter into InstaBrief. We process it on your behalf to operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time by removing your card and closing your workspace. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
