Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, hashed password, and workspace details.
• Candidate data: information you enter about applicants and information applicants submit through your public careers page.
• Usage data: logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment data: we do not store card numbers. Stripe is our payment processor.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service you signed up for, secure the platform, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data or use candidate data to train third-party AI models.

3. Sub-processors

• Stripe - payments
• Supabase - database and authentication
• Cloudflare - hosting and edge routing
• Resend - outbound email delivery

4. Retention

We retain workspace data while your account is active. On deletion request we remove data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@instabrief.io. Data export is available from Settings.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by workspace and enforced by row-level security in our database.
